1General Overview & Agreement Summary

Betting Taka (including bundles.betting-taka.com and all associated domains and applications) is an online betting and gaming platform providing entertainment services to Bangladeshi users. In this document, "we", "us", and "platform" refer to Betting Taka and its operating entity. "You", "member", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered individual who uses this platform.

By creating an account or continuing to use this platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Betting Taka, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide a valid phone number and email address.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended and the balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.

4Betting Rules & Terms

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Betting Taka reserves the right to reject any bet, particularly in cases involving technical errors.
• If unusual or suspicious circumstances arise around an event, the associated bets may be subject to review.
• If odds change before a match begins, bets will be processed at the updated odds, not the original ones.

Live Betting

• Odds change rapidly in Live Betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• Betting Taka will not be held responsible for any missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Betting Taka reserves the right to suspend live betting under certain circumstances.

Result Determination

The outcome of all events will be determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sporting governing bodies. In the case of any disputed result, Betting Taka's decision shall be considered final.

5Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by the member's tier.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Only bank accounts or mobile wallets registered in the member's own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Standard members: Processed within 24 hours.
• Gold members: within 6 hours.
• Diamond & Platinum members: Instant.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betting Taka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. However, certain general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified Wagering Requirement must be completed first.
• The Wagering Requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 10x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once by the same member, IP address, or device.
• Certain games may be restricted when wagering with bonus funds.

7Account Suspension & Bans

Betting Taka may suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated method to place bets.
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members.
• Attempting to exploit any technical errors on the platform.

In the event of a suspension, the member will be notified by email, including the reason. You have the right to appeal — send your objection to support@betting-taka.com.

8Privacy & Personal Data Protection

10Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Amendment Policy

Dispute Resolution
